摘 要:随着智能电网的发展,未来电力系统将更加依赖于强大的信息系统,这样如何定量评估电力信息系统的脆弱性就成为一个值得研究的重要课题。在此背景下,提出了基于邻接矩阵的电力信息系统脆弱性的定量评估方法,从攻击者的角度出发,将针对电力信息系统的攻击过程分为2个阶段:首先选择攻击接入点,然后从被选中的接入点出发对网络中其他节点进行攻击。此外,采用节点间转移可能性指标来描述攻击者对攻击节点的智能选择能力。之后,建立了一个配电子站的信息模型作为算例进行了计算分析,证明了所提方法的有效性。With the development of smart grids, a power system and its information system are going to be seamlessly integrated. Hence the quantitative vulnerability assessment for a power information system becomes an important research topic. Given this background, a quantitative vulnerability assessment method based on the adjacency matrix is developed first. The proposed method employs the transition probability to describe the characteristics of attackers at two stages, i.e. selecting the access point first, and then attacking other nodes in the network from the access point. Besides, the transfer probability index between nodes is used to describe the intelligent ability of the attacker to choose the attack node. Next, the effectiveness of the method developed is demonstrated through an established evaluation example based on the information model of a slave station of a distribution automation system.
