摘 要:为了获得绝缘性良好的铝合金电池外壳,采用硫酸体系,在3003铝合金表面制备了阳极氧化膜并进行了封闭处理。研究了硫酸浓度、温度和时间对氧化膜外观及绝缘性的影响;考察了常温封闭、中温封闭、高温热水封闭对击穿电压及封闭质量的影响。结果显示:氧化膜耐直流击穿电压为1000V的最佳工艺:150~170WEH2S04(p=1.84g/cm^3),1.0~5.0WEA1^3+,温度20-25℃,时间50min,电流密度为1.5A/dm^2;3种封闭均能较大地提高氧化膜的击穿电压,但提高幅度差别不大,高温热水封闭效果低于常温封闭和中温封闭。Anodic oxide film was prepared on the surface of Al alloy 3003 from a sulfuric acid electrolyte so as to improve the insulation performance of the Al alloy as battery casing. As-prepared anodic oxide film was sealed with different techniques. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration as well as anodizing temperature and time on the appearance and insulation performance of the anodic oxide film were investigated. Moreover,The influences of room temperature sealing,medium-temperature sealing,and high temperature hot water sealing on the breakdown voltage and sealing efficacy of the oxide films were researched. As the results,it was suggested to conduct anodizing of Al alloy under optimized condition of 150 ~ 170 g / L H 2 SO 4( 1. 84 g/cm3),1 ~ 5 g/L Al3 +,temperature 20 ~ 25 ℃,oxidation time 50 min,and current density 1. 5 A / dm2. Resultant anodic oxide film obtained under the optimized condition was able to endure a direct current breakdown voltage of 1 000 V. In the meantime,room temperature sealing,medium temperature sealing and high temperature sealing all could greatly increase the breakdown voltage of the anodic oxide films,but various sealing techniques showed few differences in terms of the ability to increase the breakdown voltage of the anodic oxide films. Moreover,the efficiency of high temperature hot water sealing was slightly poorer than that of room temperature sealing and medium temperature sealing.
