摘  要:用不同频率电场(频率8~17kHz,强度1~4kV·cm2)对柠条(Caraganakorshinskii)种子处理5min,筛选对种子萌发产生显著性影响的电场处理条件;用筛选所得条件处理柠条种子,研究种子的萌发和幼苗生长对干旱胁迫的敏感性。结果表明:不同电场处理条件对种子的发芽势和发芽率产生不同程度的影响。在电场处理条件中,选择什么样的电场频率和怎样的电场强度会对种子产生显著性影响,需要合适的组合。实验结果还表明,经电场处理后的柠条种子,在干旱胁迫下萌发种子的丙二醛含量的增加幅度变小,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性下降幅度减少。电场处理产生的作用可增强种子萌发期和幼苗生长对于早胁迫的耐受性。Caragana korshinskii seeds were exposed to different electric fields (frequency from 8 to 17 kHz, electric field from 1 to 4 kV. cm 1 ) for 5 min, some electric field conditions which had a significant in fluence to the seed germination were selected. Then the seeds were treated by the selected conditions, the sensitivity to drought stress was studied for the germination and seedlings growth. The results show that there are different effects on the germination and seedlings in different electric condition. Whether it is to select the frequency or the strength of electric field, the significant effects on seeds occur in the appropriate frequency and strength of electric field. The results also show that the increasing amount of malondialdehyde and the of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity become smaller under drought stress when the seeds were treated by appropriate electric field. The electric treatment could be used to enhance the germination and seedlings growth to tolerate drought stres.
