摘　　要：采用综合性研究方法,围绕我国篮球项目竞技体育后备人才队伍培养主题,进行发展现状分析和SWOT战略分析,针对我国篮球项目竞技体育后备人才队伍培养发展的指导思想、基本原则、战略目标、阶段任务、战略步骤与战略措施,提出指导性意见与思路,拟定我国篮球项目竞技体育后备人才队伍培养中长期发展规划。Adopting the comprehensive research method, the present thesis conducts an analysis on the current situation and the SWOT strategic analysis on the strategies of reserve talent training development of basketball competitive sports in China, proposes guiding suggestions and approaches to the guidelines, basic principles, strategic objectives, phases of the task, strategic steps and strategic measures of reserve talent training development of basketball competitive sports in China,and drafts the long--term develop ment plan of reserve talent training development of basketball competitive sports in China.
