摘　　要：为了对采购业务进行专业化分工,集中精力于长远战略,提高采购效率,某钢铁集团实施了一体化采购管理系统,对采购功能进行战略层面与操作层面适当的分层设计,实现了采购物料架构管理、寻源管理、合同管理、供应商管理、票据管理、计划管理、库存管理、订单管理等主要功能。系统应用表明,该系统的投入为该集团多组织、跨地域的企业运作管理模式提供了有力支撑。The procurement management system is implemented in an iron and steel enterprise group in order to carry on the specialized division of labor on the procurement business, focus on long-term strategy, and improve the efficiency of procurement. The system is designed hierarchically in strategic level and operational level according to the procurement function. The system has realized the main functions of procurement such as material architecture management, source management, contract man- agement, supplier management, bill management, plan management, inventory management and order management. The system applications indicate that the system provids a strong support for enterprise operation management mode on multiple purchasing organization and cross-region management.
