摘 要:为了改善热轧板坯在粗轧轧制过程中的板坯翘扣头现象,建立基于图像测量的热轧板坯翘扣头控制系统,通过CCD摄像机捕获板坯头部图像,采用最小二乘法拟合板坯头部曲线,并通过求解曲线的极值获取板坯头部特征,动态计算轧辊速差。通过自适应学习,有效控制后续板坯头部的翘曲程度,使热轧生产过程稳定顺行。该系统在现场投用后,在正常生产中取得了良好的控制效果。In order to reduce the phenomenon of slab warping when the slab is rolling in rough mill of rolling process, it is necessary to establish the control system based on image measurement. The slab head image is captured by CCD camera, then slab head curve is fitted with the least square method, and the slab head feature is obtained by solving the extreme value of the curve for calculating the roll speed difference dynamically. Through adaptive learning, the warping degree of slab head can be effec- tively controlled, so that rolling process will be stable. With the method in field application, a good con- trol effect in normal production is achieved.
