摘 要:采用流延成型技术制备了不同成分的柔性"金属布",将其剪切后贴于45钢基片表面进行热压烧结。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及其能谱仪对试样纵截面组织进行观察和成分分析。研究了WC含量、温度、时间以及Cu、Ni添加量对烧结层组织和性能的影响。结果表明:烧结层的硬度随WC含量的增加逐渐升高。850℃烧结5 min,47WC-Cu-8Sn烧结层的硬度值达到435 HB;与Cr12MoV钢比较,此烧结层的相对耐磨系数为2.1,磨损速率为4.0 mg/h。添加10%Cu后,对WC-62Cu-Sn烧结层的组织和耐磨性能明显改善。烧结层与基片表面结合良好,界面清晰平直且组织致密,表现出优良的耐磨性能。Flexible powdered alloy sheets of different compositions were prepared by tape casting method, and the coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by hot pressing sintering. The microstructure and properties of the sintered layer was studied by using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and EDS. The effects of WC content, sintering temperature, sintering time and Cu & Ni addition on the microstructure and properties of sintered layer were investigated. The results show that the hardness of sintered layer is gradually increased with the increase of WC content. Sintered at 850 ~C for 5 rain, the hardness of 47WC-Cu-8Sn sintered layer is 435 HB. Compared with Crl2MoV steel, the relative friction coefficient of the sintered layer is 2.1, the rate of wear loss is 4.0 mg/h. The microstructure and wear resistance properties of the WC-62Cu-Sn sintered layer with 10% Cu addition are improved obviously. Sintered layer binds well with 45 steel, the interface is smooth and the microstructure of the sintered layer is compact and the wear resistance is excellent.
