摘 要:在半固态相变传热试验中,测量了锌合金在机械振动条件下的温度场分布,对不同时间的合金取样制作金相图,运用图像处理技术进行合金半固态固相率的计算。采用机械振动措施后,半固态合金内部的温度场趋于平缓。通过对金相图的图像处理,直接计算出固相率,探讨了半固态的固相率与温度场分布之间关系。并利用"高反差黑白化"图像处理技术计算固相率,与Scheil方程计算的结果相对比,两者的变化相符,在半固态温度区间内固相率增加速度随温度的降低而减小。The experimental platform of semi-solid phase change heat transfer was built to measure the temperature distribution of the alloy slurry under the condition of mechanical vibration. The results show that internal temperature gradient of the semi-solid alloy tends to smooth and flat under mechanical vibration condition. Solid fraction of the alloy was calculated by the use of the image processing technology, the relationship between semi-solid solid fraction and temperature field distribution was investigated. The variety of solid fraction with temperature obtained by "high-contrast black and white" image processing technology is shown to agree with that calculated by Seheil equation. Within the scope of the semi-solid temperature, the increment of solid fraction decreases with the decrease of temperature.
