摘  要:对淬火00Cr13Ni4马氏体不锈钢进行不同温度回火处理,利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计、X射线衍射仪和拉伸试验机,研究了回火温度对00Cr13Ni4马氏体不锈钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随回火温度的升高,马氏体组织逐步分解,当温度达到590℃时发生奥氏体逆转变,温度继续升高,奥氏体相不断增多,其强度、硬度和屈强比逐渐降低;当回火温度达610℃时,屈服强度和屈强比降低最为明显。Quenched 00Crl3 Ni4 martensitic stainless steel was tempered at different temperatures, and the effect of tempering temperature on microstructure, mechanical properties of 00Crl3Ni4 martensitic stainless steel were studied by means of metal]ographic microscope, microhardness tester, X-ray diffraetometer and tensile test machine. The results show that the martensite decomposes constantly with the increase of tempering temperature, reverse transformed austenite appears when the temperature reaches 590 ℃ and content of .the reverse transformed austenite increases with the temperature continuous rising. The strength, hardness and yield ratio decrease gradually with the increase of tempering temperature, when the temperature reaches 610 ℃, its strength and yield ratio reduce significantly.
