摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,挖掘从《中医方剂大辞典》中优选出的581首方剂组方规律。方法:规范药物名称,录入中医传承辅助系统,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析581首优选古方的组方规律。结果:对581首优选古方的分析,确定了处方中药物出现的频次和核心组合。结论:得出了581首优选古方的用药频谱,为以后的研究提供了参照系,并且显示这些优选古方的常用药物比较集中。通过初步比较看出"传统药对"与计算机统计得到的"高频用药组合"是有差别的,所以应该深入研究。Objective：To analyze the composing principles of the 581 Preferred Ancient Herbal prescriptions collected in the book of ‘The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary＇ using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance system.Method：Input traditional chinese medicine inheritance system,the composing principles were analyzed using the TCM inheritance system after data entry.Result：Based on the analysis on 581 preferred ancient herbal prescriptions,the frequency of each herb included in the databasewas computed and core combinations.Conclusion：The results of this study for future study and research provides reference.
