摘　　要：研究二手房信息准确预测问题。目前二手房市场存在严重的价格信息不对称,引起有效的住房消费被抑制。为测算二手房价格信息传递速度,深入揭示信息传递过程,依据现实二手房市场的特点,设计三组具有不同价格信息条件的二手房交易实验,招募真人被试参与实验,并采集和利用实验数据测算二手房价格信息传递速度。研究结果表明:随着市场上价格信息的增加,价格信息传递速度显著减小,可为二手房市场信息效率的测算提供依据。This paper studied the accurate forecasting of resale housing information. Serious information asymmet- ric in resale housing market restrains the actual housing demand and makes the market deviating from the equilibri- um. In order to calculate the speed of resale housing price information transmission and to explore the process of re- sale housing price information transmission deeply, we designed three groups of resale housing transaction experiments with different price information conditions according to the features of the real resale housing market, and recruited re- al people subjects to join in the experiments, and calculated the speed of the resale housing price information trans- mission based on the experimental data. The findings indicate that with the increase amount of price information in the market, the speed of information transmission is decreased significantly. The findings can be used as the basis of measuring resale housing market efficiency.
