摘  要:关于柴油机电控燃油喷射系统优化设计问题,针对大功率柴油机高速电磁阀驱动特性的理论分析,发现决定电磁阀关闭与开启响应特性主要因素为驱动电流大小和电磁阀弹簧预紧力大小。通过对柴油机电控单体泵的实体测绘,得到了电磁阀结构性参数,为了提高电磁阀驱动特性参数与响应性能,利用GT-Suite软件建立该电控柴油机电磁阀的仿真模型,分析不同驱动电流与电磁阀弹簧预紧力对电磁阀开启与关闭响应特性的影响规律,最终确定起动电流30A、维持电流10A的电磁阀驱动电流组合和电磁阀弹簧预紧力45N的最佳研究方案,仿真结果表明,改进方法可为电磁阀参数匹配优化技术提供依据。As for the optimization and designing of electronically controlled fuel injection system, by theoretically analyzing the characteristics of high-power diesel' solenoid valve driver, we found out that the factors that affect the closing and opening response characteristics of solenoid valve are driving current and the pre-tightening force of sole- noid valve spring. By mapping the entity, it comes to the conclusion of the structural parameters of electronic control unit pump. In order to improve the driving parameter and response characteristics of solenoid valve, GT-Suite was used to establish the simulation model of solenoid valve, different drive current and the pre-tightening force were ana- lyzed to affect the opening and closing response characteristics laws. The best research case was determined based on the combination of drive current for starting current 30A, maintaining current 10A, and the pre-tightening force 45N. The simulation results demonstrate that the improved method can supply the gist for solenoid valve parameter matching and optimization.
