摘  要:针对目前煤矿井下瓦斯浓度检测技术存在的不足,在红外光谱差分吸收检测模型的基础上设计了双波长双光路的瓦斯浓度检测仪。在实验室环境下测量不同瓦斯浓度下检测仪输出的电压值,得到二者之间的拟合曲线,对测量结果的分析可以看出,系统测量误差小于1.8%,CH4浓度检测能力较宽,满足煤矿瓦斯浓度检测的要求。According to the disadvantages of gas concentration detection technology in coal mine, dual - light path and dual - wave- lengths methane concentration detector was designed by using differential absorption technology. Voltage of detector was measured with different gas concentration in laboratory environment, from which fitting curves of the voltage and gas concentration can be obtained, experiment result shows that measurement error is less than 1.8%, and the system has very high measm'ement precision which can meet the requirements of the methane concentration detection in coal mine.
