摘  要:张双楼煤矿煤层倾角较大,综采工作面支架安装时,使用弯道难度较大,而用传统转盘道进行调向,施工过程中采用人工调向,操作极不方便,造成人力及物力的极大浪费,又由于使用机械式阻车装置,人员需进入支架下安装阻车装置,给安全带来不利。为彻底解决上述存在的问题,张双楼煤矿专门研制了远方操作转盘道液压调向及自动复位阻车装置,不仅提高了井下运输作业的安全性,而且节省了大量的人力资源和物力资源。The dip angle of coal seam in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is bigger, when fully mechanized working face adopted support to install, the application of curve is difficulty. When the working face adopted traditional wheel track to adjust, manual operation was un- convenient in the process of construction, which caused a tremendous waste of human and material. Due to the application of mechani- cal car stopper, researchers need to install the car stopper under support, which brings disadvantages for the safety production. To solve above problems, Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine has been specially developed remote operation wheel track hydraulic adjustment and automatic reset car stopper. This device not only improves the underground transportation operation safety but also saves a lot of human resources and material resources.
