摘  要:选择矿井喷雾除尘常用的锥直型喷嘴和离心式喷嘴,利用FLUENT软件,基于VOF方法对不同结构的喷嘴以及喷嘴在不同进口压力下喷雾的内外流场进行数值模拟。模拟结果显示,锥直型喷嘴的出口速度大,离心式喷嘴的覆盖范围广;对于锥直型喷嘴,不同长径比下喷嘴处形成的负压区不同;同一种喷嘴的进口压力越大,其喷雾的出口速度越大,雾化效果越好,而进口压力对喷嘴附近的压力及雾化锥角影响较小。Conical nozzle and centrifugal nozzle are commonly used in spray dust of mine. Using FLUENT software, the inside and out- side fields of nozzles with different structures and different inlet pressure were simulated based on the VOF method. From the simulation results, the outlet velocity of conical nozzle was bigger and the coverage of centrifugal nozzle was wider. The conical nozzles with different long - radius ratios had different negative pressure zone. For the same kind of nozzle, the bigger of outlet velocity was, the better of atomization effect was, but the inlet pressure had few influence on the pressure and spray angle near the nozzle.
