摘　　要：本文在介绍电子病历(EMR)概念的基础上,给出了按照我国医院信息化建设特点所制定的EMR应用水平的评价方法。最后,分析了该分级标准的试点应用情况。This paper introduces the concept of EMR （Electronic Medical Records） on the basis of which the methodology for grading the application of EMR is put forward in reference to the characteristics of informatization construction of hospitals in China. The implementation of the methodology in pilot programs is analyzed finally.
