摘　　要：本文阐述了监护仪脉搏血氧探头使用阶段可能产生的风险及其严重程度和发生概率,统计了医院1年内血氧饱和度探头的不同故障并计算了故障发生率;通过分析故障原因,提出了延长血氧饱和度探头使用寿命、降低其故障率的措施,以降低医疗事故发生率,维护和保障公众的生命健康。This paper introduced the risks during the service phase of monitor SpO2 probe and analyzed the severity and probability of these risks. Then this paper recorded different malfunctions of SpO2 probes which occurred within a year in the hospital and calculated the failure rate for each malfunction. This paper also gived sortie measures of prolonging service life and reducing failure rate of SpO2 probes in order to cut down the incidence of medical accidents so that people＇s life and health can be protected,
