摘 要:为了解高效厌氧反应器的颗粒污泥特性,研究了生产性EGSB反应器处理造纸废水不同高度的颗粒污泥的固体浓度、外观形态和产甲烷活性。采用甲烷势自动测试系统测试产甲烷活性,测试时间3 d。结果表明,颗粒污泥的固体浓度以及溶解性COD随高度的增加逐渐降低,有机质含量沿整个反应器高度不变。反应器内固体浓度和有机质含量平均值为TS:(123±4)g/L,VS:(75±3)g/L,VS/TS:(61±3)%。溶解性COD浓度由723 mg/L降低到449 mg/L。反应器内的颗粒污泥产甲烷活性为(0.32±0.03)g COD/g VSSd(112 mL CH4/g VSSd)。反应器底部和顶部颗粒污泥的当量直径分别为169μm和145μm,颗粒污泥呈椭球状(圆度为2.6)。EGSB反应器内由于进水的上升流速较高,污泥颗粒处于膨胀状态,致使颗粒污泥特性沿反应器高度变化不大。The observations of solids concentrations, granule morphology and specific methanogenic activity (SMA) were used to investigate the sludge characteristics along the height of full-scale expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) reactor treating paper-mill effluents. The automated methane test system was employed to test SMA during 3 days. The results showed that the solids concentration of sludge decreased and the VS/TS was constant with increasing of heights along EGSB reactor. The average values of TS,VS and VS/TS of sludge were (123 ± 4) g/L, (75 ± 3) g/L, (61 ± 3) %, respectively. The soluble COD decreased from 723 to 449 mg/L. And the average value of SMA was (0.32 ±0.03) g COD/g VSSd (112 mL CHJg VSSd). The average equivalent di- ameters of granule from bottom and top were 169 and 145 μm, in the shape of an ellipsoid. There was no obvious difference among the sludge characteristics in terms of solids concentrations, granule morphology and SMA be- cause of high up-flow velocity.
