摘 要:接种厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)污泥,通过序批式实验研究了Cu2+对Anammox脱氮效能的影响。实验结果表明,当溶液中Cu2+≤1 mg/L时,对Anammox生物系统有刺激作用,可增强微生物活性,促进Anammox反应的进行;1 mg/L<Cu2+≤10 mg/L对脱氮效能无明显抑制,脱氮系统处于稳定状态;Cu2+>10 mg/L对Anammox脱氮效能有抑制作用,Cu2+浓度越大,毒性越强,抑制现象越明显。Cu2+对Anammox菌的半抑制浓度(CI,50)为23 mg/L。实验结果还表明,Anammox污泥对Cu2+具有吸附能力,经过一段时间后固液相将处于一种动态平衡。Cu2+为1 mg/L时最大氮去除速率能达到Cu2+浓度为0 mg/L时的3倍。The effect of Cu^2+on the nitrogen removal efficiency was studied by batch experiments inocula- ted with Anammox sludge. The results showed that when the concentration of Cu^2+ was lower than 1 mg/L, the Anammox nitrogen removal system was stimulated, the microorganisms activities were enhanced and the Anam- mox process was promoted. When the concentrations of Cu^2+ were between 1 mg/L and 10 mg/L, the inhibition of Anammox activity was not obvious and the nitrogen removal system was stable. The nitrogen removal efficiency would be obviously inhibited if the concentration of Cu^2+ was higher than 10 mg/L. The C1.50 value was 23 mg/ L. Experimental results also showed that Anammox sludge had the ability of Cu^2+ adsorption, and there would be a dynamic equilibrium between solid and liquid phase after a period of time. The maximum nitrogen removal rate at the concentration of 1 mg/L is three times of that at the concentration of 0 mg/L.
