摘  要:为了解2种新分离微藻的净化和资源化潜力,研究比较了其生长、氮磷去除和营养特性。结果表明,栅藻和月牙藻的最大生物量(干重)分别为0.78 g/L和0.53 g/L;最大生物量(干重)增长速率分别为0.05 g/(L·d)和0.03 g/(L·d)。培养至第23天,栅藻和月牙藻对TN的去除率分别为85.1%和72.5%;对TP的去除率为82.6%和79.7%,但栅藻较月牙藻更易释放较多的NO-2-N进入藻液。稳定期时,栅藻、月牙藻的粗蛋白质含量和粗蛋白产量(干重)分别为31.8%、19.2%和0.24 g/L、0.09 g/L;粗脂含量和粗脂产量(干重)分别为7.81%、9.26%和0.06 g/L、0.05 g/L。综上,与月牙藻相比,栅藻具有明显的生长、氮磷去除和营养优势,在进行水产养殖废水的净化和资源化利用上可作为优选藻种。In order to understand the potential of purification and resource utilization, two newly separated microalgae were studied concerning theirs growth, removal efficieneies of nitrogen and phosphorus, and nutrition- al property while growing in self-made wastewater. Results showed that the maximum biomass (dry weight) of Scenedesmus and Selenastrum were 0.78 g/L and 0.53 g/L, respectively; the maximum biomass (dry weight) growth rate were 0.05 g/(L · d) and 0.03 g/( L · d), respectively. In 23 days, the removal effieieneies of TN by Scenedesmus and Selenastrum were 85.1% and 72.5% , respectively; TP could be efficiently removed by 82.6% and 79.7% , respectively, but Scenedesmus could release more NO2- -N into culture medium than Selena- strum. At stationary phase, the crude protein content and crude protein production (dry weight) of Scenedesmus and Selenastrum were 31.8% , 19.2% and 0.24 g/L, 0.09 g/L, respectively; the crude lipid content and crude lipid production (dry weight) of them were 7.81% ; 9.26% and 0.06 g/L; 0.05 g/L, respectively. In general, Scenedesmus has obvious advantages over Selenastrum in the respects of growth, removal of nitrogen and phosphorus and nutritional value, and it can be used as the preferred algal species for purification and utilization of aquaculture wastewater.
