摘  要:目的:运用所建立的半椎体所致脊柱侧弯有限元模型,模拟切除半椎体,分析横向连接装置(Cross-link Device,CLD)在脊柱后路椎弓根螺钉内固定系统中的作用。方法建立胸12半椎体有限元模型,obb 42°。模拟切除半椎体,并进行其上下各2个椎体置椎弓根螺钉,侧弯矫形后,放置纵向连接杆及横连,为CLD组;另一组手术方式与CLD组相同,只是不放横连,为NCLD组。给2组模型T9椎体上表面加载负荷,使其模拟脊柱前屈、后伸、侧弯与旋转动作,记录角位移并进行分析。结果随着加载力值的逐渐增加,2组模型的T10~L2角位移逐渐加大,基本呈线性增长,但差异无统计学意义( P >0靠.05)。结论该患者半椎体切除椎弓根钉内固定术后上下各固定2个节段可以不用安装CLD。Objective To explore the effect of Cross-link Device ( CLD) in posterior spinal approach by establishing finite element model through simulating spine flexion , extension, lateral bending and rotation after motion.Methods The finite element model of T12 vertebrae with Cobb' angle of 42 degrees was established to simulate the spine flexion,extension,lateral bending and rotation .There were two groups in the study ,one was CLD group and the other one was NCLD group without cross-link,then burden was loaded on the surface of T 9 centrum in the model of both groups to simulate spine flexion , extension , lateral bending and rotation after motion , and angular displacement was recorded and statistically analyzed .Results With the loading force increasing ,angular displacement of the model in T 10-L2 of both groups was increased gradually , which showed a linear increase basically.However there was no significant difference between CLD group and NCLD group ( P 〉0.05). Conclusion There is no need to use CLD after the patient is performed pedicle fixation in adjacent two vertebra for semi-vertebrae resection .
