麝香保心丸配合西药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香保心丸对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及患者C反应蛋白的影响。方法:选择100名冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗,观察临床疗效及C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果:麝香保心丸组疗效优于常规治疗组。结论:麝香保心丸对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of She-xiang Bao-xin Pill on unstable angina pectoris and C-reactive protein. Methods： 100 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups with 50 ea- ses in each group. The cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the ones in treatment group were treated with She-xiang Bao-xin Pill on the basis of the treatment in control group. Then the clinical effects were observed. So was C-reactive protein （CRP）. Results： The effect in treatment group was better than that in control group. CRP in the two groups decreased significantly, but decreased more in treatment group than in control group after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： She-xiang Bao-xin Pill has good effect on unstable angi- na peetoris of coronary heart disease.
