摘 要:目的探讨家兔腹主动脉球囊损伤模型的制作方法。方法健康雄性新西兰兔30只随机分成假手术组、2.5 mm球囊组和3.5 mm球囊组,每组10只。除假手术组外分别采用2.5 mm×15 mm和3.5 mm×15 mm的球囊经股动脉制作腹主动脉球囊损伤模型,喂养4周后比较制模时间、血管平均狭窄程度、新生内膜层和中部平滑肌细胞层的平均厚度。结果假手术组手术时间为(16±3)min,短于2.5 mm球囊组(29±4)min,短于3.5 mm球囊组(35±6)min,3组手术时间两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血管平均狭窄程度同假手术组比较分别增加(22.1±3.5)%和(32.5±5.8)%,3组比较差异统计学意义,3.5 mm球囊组狭窄重于2.5 mm球囊组,2.5 mm球囊组重于假手术组。内膜厚度3.5 mm球囊组为(0.07±0.03)mm大于2.5 mm球囊组(0.03±0.02)mm和假手术组(0.02±0.03)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中膜厚度3.5 mm球囊组为(0.16±0.03)mm大于假手术组(0.12±0.02)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与2.5 mm球囊组(0.14±0.02)mm比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用直径为3.5 mm的球囊导管制作血管内膜损伤动物模型优于直径为2.5 mm的球囊导管。Objective To investigate the preparation method of sacculus injury model in abdominal aorta of rabbits.Methods 30 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:2.5mm sacculus group ( n =10),3.5mm sacculus group ( n =10) and control group ( n =10).Except for sham-operation group,the animal models of sacculus injury in abdominal aorta of rabbits were established by 2.5mm or 3.5mm sacculus injury .The time of making models , blood vessel average stenosis extent , average thickness of neogenesis intima and tunica media were detected and compared after 4-week feeding .Results The operation time in sham-operation group was (16 ±3)min,which was significantly shorter than (29 ±4) min in 2.5mm sacculus group and (35 ±6) min in 3.5mm sacculus group ( P 〈0.05).As compared with that in sham-operation group,the blood vessel average stenosis extent in 2.5mm sacculus group or 3.5mm sacculus group was increased by (22.1 ±3.5)% and (32.5 ±5.8)%,respectively ( P 〈0.05),which in 3.5mm sacculus group was severer than that in 2.5mm sacculus group,moreover,which in 2.5mm sacculus group was severer than that in sham-operation group.The thickness of intima in 3.5mm sacculus group was(0.07 ±0.03)mm,which was significantly greater than (0.03 ±0.02)mm in 2.5mm sacculus group and (0.02 ±0.03) mm in sham-operation group ( P 〈0.05).The thickness of tunica media in 3.5mm sacculus group was(0.16 ±0.03)mm,which was significantly greater than (0.12 ±0.02)mm in sham-operation group ( P 〈0.05),however,there was no significant difference in the thickness of tunica media between 3.5mm sacculus group and 2.5mm sacculus group ( P 〉0.05).Conclusion The 3.5mm sacculus catheter is superior to 2.5mm sacculus catheter in making the animal model with endangium injury .
