微管微创无痛人流术与普通人流术的临床应用对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨微管微创无痛人流术的临床治疗效果。方法:选择经B超确诊为宫内妊娠(孕囊≤20mm),且自愿要求终止妊娠的早孕女性250例,并随机分为A组(观察组)和B组(对照组),A组施行微管微创无痛人流术终止妊娠,B组施行普通人流术终止妊娠,观察两组早孕女性在术中的疼痛程度、手术时间、术中出血量、人流综合征的发生率、术后阴道流血时间及流产效果等。结果:A组(观察组)术中疼痛程度明显较轻,手术时间及术后阴道流血时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少,人流综合征发生率明显降低,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组流产效果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:微管微创无痛人流术可减轻早孕女性身体和心理的痛苦,是一种安全、有效、简便、经济的人工流产方法,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive painless abortion microtubules. Methods：The B ultrasound diagnosed intrauterine pregnancy （gestational sac^20mm）, and 250 cases of early pregnancy women volunteered to terminate pregnancy, and were randomly divided into group A （observation group） and group B （control group） ,group A underwent minimally invasive painless abortion microtubules terminate pregnancy, group B received ordinary abortion to terminate a pregnancy, observed two groups of pregnant women in the intraoperative pain, opera- tion time, intraoperative bleeding volume, the incidence of induced abortion syndrome, postoperative vaginal bleeding time and abortion effect etc. Results： In A group （observation group） patients in pain significantly lighter, operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time was significantly shorter, bleeding was significantly reduced, significantly reduced the incidence of induced abortion syndrome, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01） ; there was no significant difference between the abortion effect of the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Minimally in- vasive painless abortion microtubules can reduce the pregnant female physical and psychological pain, artificial abortion is a safe method, effective, simple and economical, so it has better clinical application value, it is worthy of popularization and application.
