摘 要:目的:总结低场强MRI在膝关节骨挫伤诊断中的应用价值和意义。方法:收集了2008年以来我院检查的66例膝关节骨挫伤患者的MRI影像学资料,回顾性分析膝关节骨挫伤的影像学表现。结果:MRI能明确诊断66例患者的膝关节骨挫伤,并能显示部分病例伴有的其他损伤:半月板损伤36例,韧带损伤19例,X线平片未见的隐性骨折7例,关节腔积液61例,关节面软骨损伤10例,软骨骺板损伤3例。结论:低场强MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的显示非常敏感,并能准确判断其附属结构的损伤,明确损伤的部位和程度,从而为临床早期诊断、治疗以及对愈后的评估提供较确切的依据。Objective:To discuss the usefulness of low field joint MRI in bone contusion of knee joint. Methods: A retrospective view of 66 consecutive MRI examinations for knee trauma which was confirmed by clinic was conduct. Resuits.. 66 lesions of hone contusion were documented in these cases, and also view the other lesions: meniscus iniury(36 cases) ,ligament injury(19 cases), occult bone fracture(7 cases) which were not manifested with X-ray,joint effusion (61 cases), articular cartilage injury( 10 cases), epiphyseal plate injury(3 cases). Conclusion.. MRI can clearly show various appearances of knee ioint in )ury and have instructional significance for clinic.
