摘　　要：针对自动变速器油泵性能测试的需求,采用插装数据采集卡的工控机作为系统控制器,采用Lab-VIEW语言和MODBUS总线实现对变频电机转速的采集和控制,采用调用库函数节点完成了数据采集卡DLL动态链接文件的调用,采用智能晶闸管控制器进行油温控制,通过电液和控制系统的集成,最终搭建了汽车自动变速器油泵测试系统。试验结果表明,所开发的试验台达到了预期的要求。In view of the performance testing requirements of automatic transmission oil pump,by using an industrial PC with plug-in data acquisition card（DAC） as system controller,adopting LabVIEW language and MODBUS for the collection and control of the rotation speed of variable frequency motor,utilizing call library function nodes to call the DLL files of DAC,and employing intelligent thyristor controller for oil temperature control,a testing system for vehicle automatic transmission oil pump is finally constructed by means of integration of electro-hydraulic and control systems.The test results show that the test bench developed achieves the expected requirements.
