摘  要:目的研究云南省大理地区白族人群中脂联素基因(APM1)T45G及G276T多态性与原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法运用PCR-直接测序技术在白族对照人群及EH患者中进行APM1 T45G及G276T多态性检测。结果 APM1 45位点G等位基因频率在EH组和对照组间差异有统计学意义(36.6%vs 24.6%,P<0.05);+45T>G和+276G>T位点连锁,单倍型+276G+45G的频率在EH组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论白族人群中,APM1 SNP+45G等位基因可能与EH的发生相关,+45G+276G是EH的危险单倍型。Objective To study the possible association of adiponectin gene(APM1 ) T45G and G276T polymorphisms with essential hypertension(EH) in Bai population in Dali area. Methods APM1 snps 45T 〉 G(rs2241766) and 276G 〉 T(rs1501299) were detected by DNA sequencing in EH patients (n = 153) and healthy controls (n = 126). Resuits The allele g frequency of + 45 polymorphism was significantly higher in EH group (36. 6% ) than that in control group(24. 6% ). Linkage disequilibrium (LD) analysis showed significant LD between 45T 〉 G and 276G 〉 T. The haplotype + 45G + 276G frequency in EH group was significantly higher than control group(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion In Bai population,the APM1 + 45G allele may contribute to the development of essential hypertension, and + 45G + 276G may be a risk haplotype.
