摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者外周血中L-选择素的表达及意义。方法以甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(GAPDH)为内参,运用半定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应技术检测L-选择素在55例EH患者(EH组)及48例体检健康者(对照组)外周血中的表达情况,应用多媒体图象分析软件(Quantity One 4.5.0)进行灰度扫描。结果 EH组L-选择素表达水平为(3.08±2.13),高于对照组的(1.28±0.69)(P<0.01)。结论L-选择素在EH外周血中表达增加,提示L-选择素可能与EH的发生有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of L-selectin in peripheral blood of pa-tients with essential hypertension （ EH） .Methods Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase was used as the in-ternal control .The expression of L-selectin in peripheral blood of 55 EH patients and 48 normal controls was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription PCR （ RT-PCR ） technology , and the multimedia image analysis software （ Quantity One 4.5.0） was used to perform a grayscale scanning .Results The expression of L-selectin in EH pa-tients was significantly higher than that in controls （3.08 ±2.13 vs 1.28 ±0.69,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The ex-pression of L-selectin is higher in EH patients ,which indicates that L-selectin may be related to the development of EH .
