摘  要:近些年,随着国内高酸原油掺炼比例的不断增加,高温环烷酸腐蚀问题成为亟待解决的难题之一。介绍了目前在实验室中评价和预测环烷酸腐蚀性的研究方法,模拟实际炼油环境下环烷酸的腐蚀情况,主要是通过一些实验方法和腐蚀模拟试验来完成。其中特别介绍了一套多功能环烷酸腐蚀模拟评价系统,具有喷射冲击和管流冲刷两种功能,通过模拟实际工况,可以为研究原油中环烷酸的腐蚀行为,评价各种防腐措施的保护效果,以及为选材、工艺调整提供更可靠、有效的依据。In recent years, naphthenic acid corrosion at high temperature has become one of the problems which need to be solved with increasing amount of high - TAN crude oil being processes by petroleum refineries. Many problems are still not completely understood because of the complex influencing factors. In this paper, the assessment methods of naphthenic acid corrosion in simulated refining conditions in laboratory are introduced, which mainly include some test methods and simulation experiments. Moreover, a multifunction simulation testing system is described, which contains pipe flow and jet -impingement. The simulation of actual operation conditions can provide reliable basic data for the study of corrosion behavior of naphthenic acid in crude oil, assessment of effects of various corrosion prevention measures, selection of right materials and adjustment of process conditions.
