摘　　要：加强农村集体资金、资产和资源管理,是我国农村经济发展的重要保证。对福建省尤溪县农村集体"三资"管理的主要做法和成效进行梳理和总结,对存在的问题及成因进行深入分析,并在总结经验的基础上,提出有针对性的对策建议,以期为完善我国农村集体"三资"管理提供借鉴。Strengthening management on rural collective funds, assets and resources is an important guarantee for rural economic development. This article teases out and summarizes some practices and results of management on rural collective funds, assets and resources in Youxi County, Fujian. It ana- lyzes the existing problems and their reasons. On the basis of experience summary, it presents some suggestions in order to provide reference for improving management.
