摘 要:活性筛选是开发利用微生物资源的第一步,在生物农药、抗菌素及天然药物开发颇为急切的今天,对微生物抑菌活性的研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。本研究以水稻稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe grisea)、小麦雪腐病菌(Typhula incarnate)等10种重要植物病原真菌为研究对象,采用滤纸片法对云南西双版纳地区分离得到的20株链格孢菌(Alternaria spp.)进行抗菌活性筛选,获得对10种植物病原菌有广谱抗性的链格孢菌4株,编号分别为SWFC 0364,10102,0845,5828,其中菌株0364的抑菌活性最强,对小麦雪腐、梨黑星、三七丝核的抑菌圈直径均达到2 cm以上,该研究结果为活性物质的分离奠定了基础。Antimicrobial activity screening is the first step in the development and utilization of microorganism resources. Today, there exists theoretical and realistic significance in antimicrobial activity screening for urgent utilization of biological pesticides, antibiotics and natural drugs. In this research, antimicrobial activity of Alternaria isolated from Yunnan Province in resisting ten important plant pathogenic fungi, such as Magnaporthe grisea and Typhula incarnate, were studied through the method of filter paper. Results showed that 4 broad-spectrum strains of Alternaria restrained those ten plant pathogenic fungi. Of them, the antimicrobial activity of Alternaria 0364 was the best, and its diameters of inhibition zone in resisting Typhula incarnate, Venturia pyrina and Verticillium cinnabarium all exceeded 2 cm. This research results provided basis for the isolation of active substances.
