摘　　要：通过借鉴外地经验,组建专业测报队伍,健全测报体系,确定调查对象,规范测报方法,建立和完善修水县桑树主要病虫害监测与防控体系,以保障蚕桑生产的安全。Based on a series of practices such as learning from experiences in other production regions, forming professional forecasting teams in local areas, perfecting a sound forecasting system to determine the surveys, and standardizing forecasting methods, the paper mainly discussed how to establish and improve the monitoring of major pests of mulberries as well as the construction of a plant disease prevention-control system in Xiushui County, Jiujiang, China, so as to guarantee the safety of local s~＇iculture oroduction.
