摘　　要：文章以AWT气导公司提供的航次评价报告为例，分析和介绍了气导航次评价报告的制作及主要内容．航次评价报告中航速与油耗损失的计算方法与法律效力依据。结合实践经验探讨了船长应对气导航速和油耗损失索赔的一些可行措施。对于船舶生产实践具有一定的借鉴意义。This article takes a case study of AWT company＇s weather routing voyage performance report and discusses its contents, its writing, the calculating method of the navigation speed and fuel consumption loss and legal basis. It also puts forward some countermeasures for the captain to avoid speed and fuel consumption loss claims based on the author＇s experience, which can provide some valuable references for the ship building practice.
