摘 要:通过机械合金化技术制备出TiB2-50Ni粉末,采用超音速火焰喷涂方法在Q235钢表面制备TiB2-50Ni涂层,研究3种不同喷涂参数对涂层组织结构和性能的影响。运用扫描电镜分析了涂层的组织结构、x射线衍射表征涂层的物相结构,用压人法测定了涂层的显微硬度,并对涂层的抗热震性能和耐熔融铝硅腐蚀性能进行研究。结果表明,涂层均具有致密的组织结构,其中以氧气流量10~11m3/h和氮气流量1100~1200L/min喷涂参数下(No.3)的涂层试样的孔隙率最低和厚度最厚;涂层的主要物相与粉末相同;No.1~N0.3号涂层试样的硬度值分别为(321.19±17.1)HV0.3、(464.84±49.2)HV0.3和(597.92±36.1)HV0.3;涂层均具有较好的抗热震性能,其中以3号涂层试样最佳;经过120h熔融铝硅腐蚀后发现,涂层均具有良好的抗熔融铝硅腐蚀性能,3号涂层试样具有最好的耐腐蚀性能。TiB2-50Ni powder was fabricated by mechanical alloying and TiB2-50Ni coatings were prepared on Q235 steel by high vlocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) method. The effects of spraying parameters on microstructure and properties of the coatings were investigated. The microstructure of the coatings was studied by scanning electron microscopy, phase composition was examined by means of X-ray diffraction, the microhardness of the coatings was measured by indentation method, and the thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance of the molten AI-12.07% Si alloy were studied. The results show that the coatings deposited by different spraying parameters exhibit dense microstructure; especially the coating prepared by the parameters of oxygen flow rate 10 - 11 m3/h and propane flow rate 1100 -1200 L/min presents the lowest porosity and the maximum thickness. The phase constitution in the feedstocks powders is retained in the deposited coating. The microhardness of the coatings of specimen No. l ,No. 2 and No. 3 is 321. 19± 17. 1 HV0. 3,464.84 ±49.2 HV0.3 and 597.92 ± 36.1 HV0.3, respectively. The coatings have excellent thermal shock resistance, especially the coating of specimen No. 3. The TiB2-50Ni coatings exhibit good performance in the molten Al-12.07% Si for 120 h immersion test, and the coating of specimen No. 3 has the best corrosion resistance.
