摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT诊断颈外静脉瘤的应用价值。方法回顾分析接受MSCT检查并经手术病理证实的11例颈外静脉瘤,评价MSCT显示颈外静脉瘤的位置、大小、载瘤静脉、引流静脉、是否伴钙化和(或)血栓以及与周围组织关系等。结果 11例颈外静脉瘤均为单侧单发,男1例,女10例;左侧6例,右侧5例;8例引流静脉为同侧锁骨下静脉,3例为同侧颈内静脉;5例伴附壁血栓,2例伴钙化。结论 MSCT能清楚显示颈外静脉瘤,具有较高诊断价值。Objective To estimate the value of MSCT in diagnosis of external jugular vein aneurysm. Methods CT data of 11 patients of external jugular vein aneurysm confirmed with pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively. The diagnostic value of MSCT was evaluated, including for displaying of the location, size, parent vein, draining vein, whether with the calcification and （or） thrombus and relationship with around organs of external jugular vein aneurysm. Results Single lesion of external jugular vein aneurysm was detected in 11 patients, including 10 females and 1 male. The lesion lo- cated on the left side in 6 patients, while on the right side in 5 patients. Ipsilateral subclavian vein was found as the draining vein in 8 patients, whereas ipsilateral internal jugular vein was regarded as the draining vein in 3 patients. Parietal thrombus was detected in 5 patients and calcification was found in 2 patients. Conclusion MSCT can clearly show external jugular vein aneurysm, having good diagnostic value.
