摘 要:目的探讨CEUS定量分析技术评价高血压早期肾损害的应用价值。方法以β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)及尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG酶)为判断标准,将32例原发性高血压患者分为无早期肾损害组(17例)及早期肾损害组(15例),正常对照组为20名健康志愿者。对所有受检者行双肾实时CEUS检查,用QLab定量分析软件进行定量分析,获取时间-密度曲线(TIC)及相关灌注参数曲线下面积(AUC)、达峰时间(TTP)、峰值强度(DPI)、曲线上升支斜率(A)、曲线下降支斜率(α)。结果与正常对照组相比,无早期肾损害组TTP延长,早期肾损害组TTP延长、DPI减低、AUC增大(P<0.05)。结论实时CEUS定量分析技术可发现高血压患者早期肾功能损害。Objective To explore the clinical value of CEUS quantitative analysis techniques in the evaluation on renal function in patients with hypertension. Methods According to ~z MG and NAG enzyme, 32 patients with hypertension were divided into early renal damage group (n: 15 cases) and no early renal damage group (n= 17), and 20 volunteers were enrolled as normal control (NC) group. All subjects underwent real-time CEUS, then QLab quantitative analysis software was used to analyze quantitatively, while time-density curve (TIC) and area under curve (AUC) of perfusion pa rameters, derived peak intensity (DPI), time to peak (TTP), slope of ascending curve (A) and slope of descending curve (a) were acquired. Results Renal cortex perfusion TIC curve showed prolonged TTP in no early renal damage group and prolonged TTP, reduced DPI, enlarged AUC in early renal damage group compared with NC group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Qualitative analysis of CEUS can detect early renal damage of hypertension patients.
