摘  要:在X80管线钢调质处理的基础上,进行手工电弧焊,并测定焊接接头的残余应力和显微硬度分布;通过金相观察、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析、XRD衍射,做了进一步研究。结果表明,焊接接头在垂直于焊缝方向上的纵向应力分布总体呈下降趋势,其显微硬度呈不断升高的趋势;二者之间分布曲线整体呈现相反的趋势。On the basis of hardening and tempering method, X80 pipeline steel was welded by manual electric arc welding. The residual stress and hardness distribution of the welded joint was measured. By metallographic observation, SEM analysis, EDS energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction, further study was confirmed. The results show that after multi-pass welding, the distribution of residual stress variation perpendicularing to the welding seam presents a decreasing trend, while the distribution of hardness is in a rising pattern. The overall variation of the two curves is opposite.
