摘 要:利用自制的V形结晶器在真空熔炼炉内制备了含铜钢样品,对其组织进行了金相显微观察,对其成分进行了电子探针分析。实验结果表明,凝固冷却速度越大,晶粒的尺寸越细小,晶粒组织的分布越均匀;在V型结晶器内凝固的样品厚度约2 mm时,铜元素呈现正偏析的分布,随着样品厚度的增加,铜分布较为均匀。V型铸锭的显微硬度都呈现为边部较高,铸锭的中心和尖端处较低。Casting steel samples contained Cu with the home-made V-shaped mold in vacuum melting furnace were prepared. Its microstructure was observed with metallurgical microscope,and its components were analyzed with electron probe. The experimental results show that, the higher cooling velocity in the samples, the finer grain sizes and the more homogeneous distribution of grain sizes; when thickness of sample solidified in the V-shape mold is about 2mm, copper present the distribution of normal segregation; and copper distributs more uniformly with the thickness of sample increasing. The micro-hardness of the ingot all shows the higher values near file sides,relative lower values at the center and in the tip of the ingot.
