摘　　要：分析了碱性酚醛自硬树脂砂条件下ZG35铸钢件气孔的形成原因。通过采用开放底注式浇注系统以及其他合理铸造工艺措施,成功地试制生产出该类零件。它使气孔形成的可能性减小,铸件的质量提高。Causes formed blowhole of ZG35 steel castings produced by alkali phenol resin sand were analyzed. The castings were trial-produced by adopting open bottom running system and other reasonable casting process measures. It makes the probability of blowhole formation in casting reduce, and the quality of the castings improve.
