摘　　要：由于工艺方案不当,采用消失模铸造的破碎机耐磨衬板铸件产生了弯曲变形及夹渣等铸造缺陷。本文通过对铸件形成弯曲变形及夹渣的机理进行分析,找到了消除该铸造缺陷的对策,并制定了相应的铸造工艺方案,生产出合格的耐磨衬板。Due to improper process scheme,the casting defects such as bending deformation and slag were produced for the wear-resisting lining board casting of breaker with EPC casting.The mechanism was analyzed which can form deformation and slag for the casting,the countermeasures can be found which can eliminate the casting defects.The corresponding process scheme was formulated casting.The qualified wear-resisting lining board can be obtained by new process scheme.
