摘　　要：简述了等径角挤压工艺及其模具结构特点,分析了一种实用型等径角挤压模具的结构设计、加工及热处理工艺。在经济、实用、高效的前提下,如何正确地选择模具材料,制定科学的机加工线路,规范热处理工艺是非常重要的环节。The technology of channel angular pressing（ECAP） and its structural characteristic of the dies were briefly described.The structural design,the processing and the heat treatment of practical ECAP dies were analyzed.In the premise of economic,practical,high efficiency,it is a very important link how to properly select the die material,to constitute scientific machining line and to regulate the heat treatment process.
