摘  要:为了获得AZ31镁合金深拉伸的力学性能,在不同温度和应变速率条件下进行了单向拉伸试验。把实验数据导入到Deform-2D软件,采用温差及恒温模型对AZ31镁合金圆筒件拉深工艺进行了模拟。结果表明,温差拉深模型能较好地改善拉深性能;随着拉深速度的增加,拉深深度降低,危险截面产生移动;当速度为1 mm/s时,圆筒件能够顺利成形。在改变冲头温度后,拉深深度随冲头温度的增加而增加。而当冲头温度为60℃时,拉深深度达到最大。To acquire the mechanical properties of deep drawing of AZ31 magnesium alloy,uniaxial tensile tests were carried out under different temperatures and strain rates.The experimental data were inputted into the Deform-2D software.Deep drawing process of the AZ31 magnesium alloy cylinder was simulated by adopting differential and constant temperature model.The results show that differential temperature drawing model can improve the drawability of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet well;with the increase of the drawing speed,drawing depth decreases,and the dangerous section moves;when the speed is 1mm/s,the cylindrical workpiece can be formed successfully.After changing the temperature of the punch,the drawing depth increases with the increase of punch temperature,and when the temperature of the punch is 60℃,the drawing depth reaches the maximum.
