摘　　要：采用硬度测试和金相显微分析的手段研究了模具失效的原因,并提出了改进措施。研究表明:合理的选材、优化的热处理工艺及机械加工工艺,可以有效提高模具寿命。The reasons for the die failure were researched by hardness testing and metallographic microscope analysis,and the improvement measures are proposed. The research shows that the reasonable selecting material, the optimized heat treatment and machining process can effectively increase the life of die.
