摘 要:目的明确听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)未引出新生儿的听力状况。方法对25例(32耳)复筛未通过,ABR未引出而1 000 Hz鼓室声导抗正常患儿,进一步检测听觉稳态诱发电位(auditory steady state response,ASSR)及40 Hz听觉相关电位(auditory event related potential,AERP)。结果 ASSR在0.5,1,2,4 kHz引出率分别为43.8%,59.4%,68.8%,87.5%。40 Hz AERP在0.5,1,2 kHz处的引出率为62.5%,68.8%,65.6%。结论 ASSR及40 Hz AERP检测能够弥补ABR未引出患儿听力评估的不足,两种方式结合能更准确全面地评估新生儿听力。Objective To investigate the hearing information for infants failing in auditory brainstem response (ABR). Methods Twenty-five infants with totally 32 ears after screen failed, without ABR but normal I 000 Hz probe tone tympanometry results were studied. The evaluations of auditory steady state response (ASSR) and 40 Hz auditory event related potential (AERP) in 25 infants was done. Results The hearing thresholds were elicited by measure- ment of ASSR in 43. 8% , 59.4%, 68.8% and 87.5% of the children at0.5, 1 , 2. ~nd 4 kHz. Prevalence of 40 Hz AERP at0.5, 1,2 kHz were 62.5%, 68.8%, 65.6%. Conclu- sion It is insufficient to evaluate the hearing of infants with ABR only, ASSR combine with AERP may provide additional audiometric information for accurately evaluating the hearing.
