摘 要:[目的]确定臭椿提取物膏剂的最佳配方。[方法]以无水乙醇为溶剂,采用索氏提取法获得臭椿树皮提取物;通过不同溶剂、乳化助剂等的筛选,研制臭椿提取物膏剂配方;采用生长量测定方法,研究臭椿提取物膏剂对绿豆生长的抑制作用。[结果]臭椿提取物膏剂最佳配方为:硬脂酸14 g,甘油8 g,氢氧化钾1 g,臭椿提取物4 ml,水66 ml。[结论]为臭椿提取物有效制剂的研究提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to screen out the optimal formula of Ailanthus altissirna extract paste. [ Method ] Taking ethanol as sol- vent extraction, A. altissirna skin extract was from obtained by using soxhlet method. The formula of A. altissima extract paste was studied through the screening of solvent and emulsifying agent. The inhibition of A. altissima extract paste against growth of green/~ean was determined by using increment method. [ Result ] The optimum formula of A. altissima extract paste was as followed: stearic acid 14 g, glycerol 8 g, po- tassium hydroxide 1 g, A. altissima extract 4 ml, water 66 ml. [ Conclusion] The research results provide theoretical basis for study on effi- cient preparation of A. altissima extract.
