摘 要:[目的]探讨氮和磷营养盐对广东鲂仔鱼的毒性.[方法]采用磷酸盐、亚硝酸盐、氨氮和硝酸盐对广东鲂仔鱼进行毒性试验,分析氮和磷营养盐对广东鲂仔鱼生长的影响.[结果]当磷酸盐浓度高于0.4 mg/L、亚硝酸盐浓度高于0.07 mg/L、氨氮浓度高于0.15mg/L时,随着浓度的增加对广东鲂仔鱼的致死作用逐渐增大.当硝酸盐浓度为0— 22 mg/L时,对广东鲂仔鱼的致死作用不明显,在0— 22 mg/L浓度范围内广东鲂仔鱼的致死率不会随着硝酸盐浓度的增加而变化.[结论]高氮磷营养盐浓度会影响广东鲂仔鱼的存活.[ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the toxicity of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient salt to Megalobrama terminalis larvae. [ Method] Ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and phosphate were used to make the toxicity test on M. terminalis larvae, and the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient on the growth of M. terminalis larvae were discussed. [ Result] When the concentration of phosphates was over 0. g mg/L, the concentration of nitrites was over O. 07 mg/L and the concentration of ammonia was over O. 15 mg/L,it had a serious lethal effect on M. termi- nal/s larvae as the concentration increased. When the concentration of nitrate was 0 ~ 22 mg/L, it had no obvious effect on M. terminalis larvae and the lethal rate of M. terminalis larvae dind't change with the increase of nitrate concentration. [ Conclusion] High nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient would affect the survival of M. terminalis larvae.
