摘　　要：水资源安全利用是关系到新疆繁荣稳定的最为重要的问题之一。以塔里木河流域为研究对象,分析了水资源安全利用现状及存在的问题,揭示了制约水资源安全的核心问题,提出了保障水资源可持续利用的有效措施。上述研究为塔里木河流域实现生态保护与经济社会的协调发展提供科学决策依据。Water safety was one of most important problems that were related to the prosperity and stability for Xinjiang. Taking Tarim River ba- sin as study object, the current situation and existing problems of safe utilization of water resources were analyzed. The core issues that restricted the safety of water resources were revealed. The effective measures were proposed for safeguarding sustainable utilization of water resources. The stud- y could provide a scientific basis for achieving the coordinated development of ecological protection and social economy in the Tarim River basin.
