摘　　要：从农业科技及其资金需求的特点入手,分析了财政与金融共同推动农业科技创新与推广的必要性。重点探讨了财政与金融如何相互协调配合来共同推动农业科技创新与推广,财政方面,要充分发挥财政资金的对公共性、基础性农业科的保障作用及对商业性、应用性农业科技的引导作用;金融方面,政策性金融重点满足农业科技园区、农业科技示范基地中一些基础设施等方面的资金需求,商业性金融重点满足商业性的、应用性的、具有较强转换能力和经济效益的农业科技资金需求,主要包括农业科技转化主体及社会化农技服务组织在农业科技推广应用中的资金需求。Starting from characteristics of agricultural technology and fund demands, the necessity of promoting of innovation and spread of agri- cultural technology by cooperation of fiscal and finance was analyzed. From the aspect of fiscal, give full play to the role of fiscal funds in guaran- teeing basic and public agricultural technology, and the role in guiding commercial agricultural technology ; from the layer of finance, policy fi- nance mainly satisfy demands of infrastructure in agricultural science and technology park, agricultural science and technology demonstration base ; commercial finance mainly satisfy demands of commercial agricultural technology with stronger conversion ability, including fund demands of agriculture technology conversion body and social agricultural rvice organization in extension of agriculture technology.
