摘　　要：[目的]为建立1种准确、快捷、高效的鱼类染色体制备方法。[方法]以泥鳅、红鳍东方鲀和德国镜鲤的单个胚胎作为材料,通过秋水仙素、低渗、卡诺固定等操作制备染色体标本。[结果]3种鱼类均获得大量形态清晰、长度适中、分散良好的中期分裂相。[结论]以鱼类肌肉效应期为材料可成功制备染色体标本,为鱼类染色体标本制备提供了新方法。[ Objective] The aim was to establish an accurate, raid and high efficient method of preparing fish chromosome. [ Method] Single embryo of Misgurnus attguillicaudatus, Takifugu rubripes and Cyprinus carpio L. was treated successively with colchicine, hypotonic solution and Carnoy fixation to obtain chromosome specimen. [ Result] A considerable amount of chromosome of with clear shape, moderate length and good dispersion were obtained from three kinds of fish. [ Conclusion] Chromosome could be successfully obtained from the embryo sample of the mus- cle effected period, which had given a new way of chromosome preparation.
