摘　　要：合理的武器装备采购管理体制对提高采购费用使用效益、保证采购质量有重要意义。文章运用全系统全寿命管理思想,根据业务流程重组(BPR,Business Process Reengineering)理论,建立了武器装备一体化采购管理体制,确定了武器装备一体化采购管理的机构设置和采购的运行机制。Appropriate management system of weapon equipment integrative acquirement is important to improve the benefit of acquirement cost and ensure acquirement quality. Using the ideology of whole system and whole life management, based on the theory of Business Process Reengineering, this paper establishes the management system of weapon equipment integrative acquirement, and puts forward the organization setting and run mechanism of weapon equipment integrative acquirement management.
